    So rude & ignorant. Practically yelled at me because I was the last Patient & he wanted to go home. Generally a 2 hour wait, even with an appointment most of the time too. The Secretary is a nightmare to deal with too, gives you a dirty look when you ask her a question or sounds like she couldn't be bothered over the phone, can't even get appointments with a weeks notice? People just sit in the waiting room & complain about it all but nobody says anything, so sick of it. Downright nasty man who treats his Patients like they're a burden. Remeber Doctor, people don't actually want to be there, who the hell wants to go to a GP? We're there out of necessity, so try to be at least nice..

    Very nice surgery, pleasant staff and minimal waiting times. Also a breathtaking canvas world map in the doctors office, which I was pretty impressed with. The doctor was very friendly and sympathetic to my injury, also very descriptive in laymans terms of the problem and ways to alleviate pain. All in all a pleasant experience.
